These terms explain the aervo travel data eSIM service, digital delivery, customer responsibilities, and service limitations.
aervo sells prepaid travel data eSIM packages for compatible unlocked devices. eSIM profiles are fulfilled digitally through upstream connectivity providers, including eSIM Access. aervo does not sell physical SIM cards, phone numbers, emergency calling, or regulated voice/SMS carrier services unless a specific plan clearly states otherwise.
Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and is compatible with your destination plan. You are also responsible for following installation instructions and enabling mobile data roaming for the travel eSIM line when required.
Coverage, speed, latency, and network availability depend on local partner networks, destination, device capabilities, congestion, and roaming conditions. 5G is available only where supported by the plan, device, and local network.
After successful payment, eSIM activation details are delivered digitally by email, account page, QR code, or manual activation information. Some orders may require additional provisioning time from the upstream provider.
You may not resell, abuse, reverse engineer, or use aervo services for fraudulent, unlawful, or network-harming activity. We may suspend service or refuse support for suspected misuse.
